Photos (3 of 3): Out and About

The final set of snaps for Udaipur (at least for now). Vee is in front of cenotaphs - apparently Ahar has over 360. The beautiful white building is the aforementioned Lake Palace hotel. The remaining photos are at sunset at the Monsoon palace. That was an awesome 5km hike up a mountain (and a 5km hike back down in the dark after the sun set).

(As an aside - I find loading photos on blogspot incredibly frustrating. It`s not a program for presentation...)

  1. We love love love seeing your photos and hearing about your adventures. It all looks and sounds fantastic even if there sounds to be a little helping of homesickness. Your comment at the end about the difficulty of uploading photos was a classic Dadism! How lucky to meet this great couple from Canada. They look very nice. I am sure that made it extra special for you both. I don't see any comments from others on this site and wonder if they are corresponding with you via e-mail. I was hoping to see lots of interaction on this site. If you would prefer us to correspond by e-mail please let me know.
All is well here. It has turned warmer although it rained all day today. It was a warm rain though! Dad is still suffering with a bad back and has spent a lot of time sitting on the couch. At least there is a great view.
Talked to Mike last night and he is well. It was fairly warm in Toronto.
Went to Firefly with the condo group on Thursday. They had a new early menu which made for some great new choices. I had amazing black and white sesame encrusted tuna. We met the people who live next door to us. They are owners and live in Georgia. They were very nice but will be gone by the end of the weekend.
Have been busy with three classes of line dancing and two of yoga and painting and am working on my album of the Med cruise. Aquafit starts when the pool heater on the indoor heater is fixed.
I so look forward to your blogs. I wish you continued happiness on your trip.
    Love
    Mom
